    A growth habit between fully prostrate (flat to the ground) and mounding. Semi-prostrate plants spread horizontally but their stem tips or lateral branches rise 15–45 cm, creating a low, undulating profile useful for slopes, rock gardens, and ground-cover plantings where some height variation is desired.
