What is a garden workspace?

A free-form visual board for a garden project. You pin real plants from the Plant Reference database alongside notes, photos, checklists, care articles and maintenance plans, then drag everything into an arrangement that makes sense to you.

Yes — every account includes two workspaces, each with as many cards as you like. There’s nothing to install and no trial period.

Can other people see my board?

Boards are private by default. You can share a view-only link with anyone — they don’t need an account — or publish the board to the community gallery for other gardeners to browse and follow.

Can I plan a garden with someone else?

Yes — invite someone as an editor and you can work on the same board together. Changes sync live for everyone viewing the board, no reload needed. If two people edit the same thing at the same moment, the most recent change wins.

What can I put on a board?

Plants from the database (with photos and care details), sticky notes, images, checklists, saved care articles, calculator results and full maintenance plans — all as draggable cards on one canvas.
