Overview
Amorphophallus Konjac is a small-medium corpse flower species with an average height of 5 ft and a max height of 6.5 ft. It has a large singular palmate leaf with a commonly green petiole with dark and light green spots that mimic lichen (color and pattern can vary between varieties). The inflorescence of the plant appears intermittently and repeatedly as it is polycarpic. The spathe is a deep maroon or purple with a red to reddish purple spadix. The corm of the plant is cultivated for its starchy properties often to make noodles or pearls for beverages.
